Pregnancy Yoga classes give you an opportunity to take some time to focus on your own emotional and physical wellbeing whilst bonding with your baby away from the business of day to day life. Can be supportive in preparation for labour and birth. Helps you to connect with your growing baby. Helps increase strength and flexibility. - Cacao, Yoga & Sound Experience
Immerse yourself in the divine trilogy of ceremonial cacao, Yoga and sound bathing during our extended healing experience. This special experience lasts around 2h 15mins and brings you a full-purity cacao ceremony, gentle, heart-filled Yoga practice plus an intimate and immersive sound bath. Whether you are new to these elements or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is suitable for all. Important information: Please bring your own Yoga mat and blanket for the session (or a large towel, if you don't have a blanket), plus a bottle of water - you will need to stay hydrated for the duration of the session. In order to enhance the health benefits of the cacao, we recommend that you fast for the morning. Alternatively, try not to eat for 4 hours prior to the practice. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement and we recommend wearing layers, as your body temperature will vary throughout the experience and bare foot practice will be required during some of the Yoga practice. If you usually use bolsters for your Yoga practice, please feel free to bring your own along with you. Alternatively, a cushion/pillow/rolled up blanket could be used in a similar way. We both thoroughly look forward to sharing this unique collaboration between Chez and Shaz with you. P.S. We like to make our events as accessible as possible. - Samhain Celebration
Embrace Samhain with us in this special, seasonal experience. Celebrating all souls with the divine trilogy of ceremonial cacao, Yoga and sound. In this bespoke event we introduce and celebrate with some of our favourite Samhain rituals and traditions. Join us for a one-off observance of past practices, in full harmony with the season of harvest. This Samhain celebration lasts around 2h 30mins and brings you a sacred cacao ceremony, shared snacks and drinks, Hatha Yoga practice and an immersive sound bath. The ultimate girl power workout for pre-teens and young women! Join our ultimate studio workout! GLOW is a workout to music, designed to improve strength & fitness, coordination, balance and power! Created for for girls aged between 11-15. Classes will vary each week giving the ultimate, all-round workout for our young warriors! Classes are held at Sherwood Community Centre, Main Hall. Enter through the main reception Is your daughter signing up for Bronze/Silver DofE this year? Let us know! 3-month programmes can be arranged and we can provide Assessors' Reports for DofE students.

Learn more about the Chinese healing principles of Tai Chi in this accessible 60-minute class. All bodies are welcome! A bit about Mel (Reiz Up Physio & Adapted Tai Chi teacher): Mel qualified as a physiotherapist over 24 years ago. She has NHS and charitable sector experience in neurology and palliative care. She set up Reiz Up Physio last year, specialising in Scar Therapy and Cancer Rehab. Mel can offer treatment with a LymphaTouch Pro negative pressure device to help manage swelling and pain post injury or surgery as well as treating lymphoedema, scar tissue and adhesions. Mel has been running popular Adapted Tai Chi Exercise groups for 6 years, and currently runs a weekly session at Maggie's Nottingham.
