- Yang-to-Yin Yoga at NWC
Experience the energy of Yang (Hatha Yoga) and the quiet nature of Yin. The perfect balance challenge and calm. This series of 60-minute classes is offered as part of a 5-week course, funded by the National Lottery and delivered by Body Physical Fitness Club CIC. Classes are FREE for all women and advance booking is essential. Please contact us to cancel your place if you are no longer able to attend.
- Walk-to-Jog Club at GREENWAY
Fridays 5:30-6:30pm feom Greenway Centre. Meet at the back of the building for a short warm up and mobility session then follow us for a journey into jogging. All abilities are welcome. We will be progressing the pace and distance over the 5 consecutive weeks, as we build stamina and run strength. The session will co.prise some conditioning exercises and will end with a group stretch. This is an all weather experience! Wear weather appropriate clothing and supportive trainers. This is a women-only session, fully funded by National Lottery Community Fund and provided by Chez at Body Physical.
- Sunday Sanctuary
The perfect Sundays - soothing, settling and slow. It's hard to take time out for yourself. It's hard to escape the clutter and noise. This Sunday morning experience is designed to do just that. Allow yourself to unwind from the weekday stresses, calm your mind, sooth your nervous system and dive into deep relaxation. This sessions consists of guided Yin Yoga practice, followed by Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga). Prepare yourself for a cosy, comforting and calming - the perfect way to start your slow Sunday.
- Cacao, Yoga & Sound Experience
Immerse yourself in the divine trilogy of ceremonial cacao, Yoga and sound bathing during our extended healing experience. This special experience lasts around 2h 15mins and brings you a full-purity cacao ceremony, gentle, heart-filled Yoga practice plus an intimate and immersive sound bath. Whether you are new to these elements or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is suitable for all. Important information: Please bring your own Yoga mat and blanket for the session (or a large towel, if you don't have a blanket), plus a bottle of water - you will need to stay hydrated for the duration of the session. In order to enhance the health benefits of the cacao, we recommend that you fast for the morning. Alternatively, try not to eat for 4 hours prior to the practice. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement and we recommend wearing layers, as your body temperature will vary throughout the experience and bare foot practice will be required during some of the Yoga practice. If you usually use bolsters for your Yoga practice, please feel free to bring your own along with you. Alternatively, a cushion/pillow/rolled up blanket could be used in a similar way. We both thoroughly look forward to sharing this unique collaboration between Chez and Shaz with you. P.S. We like to make our events as accessible as possible. Yang-to-Yin Yoga This 75-minute practice brings a fulfilling fusion of Yang (Hatha) and Yin Yoga, in one class. Hatha Yoga will help to bring challenge and focus to the body and mind as we spend time in each posture, in a union of body and breath. Allow Yin to bring the calm, quiet, restorative movement; perfect preparation for a good night's sleep. Join us for our comprehensive Yoga class - 75 minutes of mindful movement, breath and body connection. This class is suitable for all abilities, no experience necessary Please BYO Yoga mat (contact us via email if you need to borrow one - bodyphysical@yahoo.co.uk), comfy layers, turn up and settle in for some YOU time. See you on the mat. How to find us: Our Sherwood Community Centre courses and classes are now held in the Annex studio. On arrival, you can park in the SCC car park and walk along a short path to the right of the main reception. You will find the external door to the Annex at the end of the path. The external door will open 5-10 minutes before the start of the class. Please arrive in plenty of time for changing, using the facilities and in time for a prompt start.

1:1 Training Sessions/Private Lessons are available for a limited number of clients at any one time. 1:1 sessions are designed and tailored to your needs and personal goals and can take place at the time and location of your choice (home, online or one of our outdoor spaces). - Summer Solstice Celebrations 2026
Come to celebrate the longest day; stay for the music, movement, cacao and back-to-nature experience. We begin this special day by embracing the natural elements and the turning of the earth. Join us in our immersion of the natural world on our longest day and experience total Yoga freedom, with luxurious cacao, soothing sound and friendly faces. A mat is optional for this session. Please either bring a mat of something to sit on (if you don't want to sit on/practice Yoga on the ground) Please note, there is no plan B for the weather - bring weather-appropriate clothing and harness the healing power of the natural environment! This is super special event for us and we will meet in a secret spot, never before used for Body Physical classes! Please arrange car shares to the location. You will leave your car behind, enjoy a gentle walk through woodland with us, to find our perfect spot, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our Location: We will meet at location near Phoenix Park tram stop - exact pin/What3Words to be shared with attendees. Meeting time: 7:30am The event will take place around the nature reserve of Phoenix Park Hill. There will be a short walk together, through trees and woodland (please wear suitable clothing) to arrive at our event location.

Steady-paced movements along side breathing techniques to calm the body and mind. The classes are offered as part of a 5-week course at The Greenway Centre. Classes are funded by The National Lottery and delivered by Body Physical Fitness Club CIC. Advance booking is essential. If you are no longer able to attend a booked class please contact us, as spaces are strictly limited.

Mondays 7:00pm - 8:15pm at Sherwood Community Centre Embark on a journey of wellness and self-discovery with our Yang-to-Yin course. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this is for you. Begin the practice with Hatha-based postures challenging balance and strength. Close the class with the calm and quiet of Yin, targeting fascial release and joint health.
