This session blends gentle postnatal Yoga to help rebuild strength and release tension with baby yoga stretches, songs and swings that support your baby's development and bring plenty of smiles! There's also time to relax, bond with your little one and connect with other mums in a warm, welcoming environment.
If you had a straightforward vaginal birth, you are able to join 6 weeks post birth.
If you had an abdominal birth or assisted delivery, it's 12 weeks post birth.
