Hatha = Sun & Moon Yoga = Union *Venue address: Unit 3-4, St Bartholomew's Road, Thorneywood, Nottingham NG3 3GH* Hatha Yoga Flow presents a steady but dynamic Yoga practice, bringing both energy and calm to a 60-minute class. Combining sequences of both standing, seated and lying postures, this class will help you to reconnect with your physical and energetic body through mindful breath and movement. No experience is necessary for this class - all are welcome. Suitable for 16+ years Yoga mats will be provided for this class, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
