Service Description
Move your body to music, learn new steps and techniques, have fun getting fit! This Feel-Good Fitness class is for women of all abilities -no expectation, just come along and find out what you can do. This FREE class is funded by The National Lottery and is delivered by Body Physical Fitness Club CIC. If you are no longer able to attend a booked class please contact us, as spaces are limited.
